These terms apply to your use of whet-systems.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The content on this site is general information about Whet Systems and the services we offer. It is not an offer, a contract, or professional advice for your specific business.
Prices shown on the site or in conversations are "starting at" prices. A price is final only when it is set out in a written agreement signed by you and Whet Systems.
If you sign a written agreement for a build within 30 days of the audit, the audit fee is credited toward that build.
The Intro Call is free and takes 15 minutes. Booking or taking the call does not create any obligation for you or for us.
We work in person across Southern California. Callers outside Southern California are never turned away: work there is remote or quoted by our team, covered on the free Intro Call.
The text, design, graphics and other content on this site belong to Whet Systems. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reuse or sell its content without our written permission.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Whet Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or data, that come from using or being unable to use this site. This section covers use of the website only. Any paid work is governed by its own signed written agreement.
The site links to services run by others, such as our Google calendar booking page. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about these terms or the site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
