Privacy Policy

We only collect what you choose to share with us when you email us or book a call:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Details about your work that you share with us on the Intro Call or the audit.

The site has no contact form and no user accounts.

This is the complete list of cookies and browser storage the site uses:

• Your cookie choice (browser local storage, key "whet-systems-cookie-consent"): when you click Got it on the cookie notice, your browser saves that so the notice does not appear again. It stays until you clear your browser storage.
• Security cookie ("__cf_bm", set by Cloudflare, the network our host uses): helps tell people apart from automated bots. It expires after about 30 minutes.
• Visit statistics (provided by Lovable, our host): when you visit, the host records basic technical information such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, and the site that referred you, so we can see how many people visit. Your IP address is also received by the host and its network as part of delivering the site.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

About the cookie notice: the site does not set any optional or advertising cookies, so there is nothing to switch on or off. Clicking Got it simply saves that you have seen the notice and closes it. The security cookie and the host's visit statistics are part of delivering the site. You can block or clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time.

We do not use your information for anything unrelated to working with you.

We share information only with the services we use to run the business, and only as needed:

• Google, which provides the calendar booking page and the Gmail account we use for email
• Lovable, which hosts this website
• Anyone we are required to share it with by law, such as in response to a valid legal request

These services handle information under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at whet.systems@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it, such as records of payments.

Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, so this site does not change its behavior when it receives one. We do not track you across other websites in either case.

This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

The site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to work with you. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Calls to our line are answered by an AI receptionist. We record and transcribe calls so we can book your call, follow up with you, and review calls to improve our phone assistant. Recordings are processed by our voice provider, xAI. We keep recordings for 90 days, and only our team can access them. Recordings are not used to train our provider's models. You can ask us to delete a recording by emailing whet.systems@gmail.com.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
