Audit.
An in-person look at how your work runs today. You keep the full written report, build or no build.
Price:$1,000, or $1,500 for agencies with staff.
Credited toward a build signed within 30 days, along with any audit travel fee.

Build.
We build your system, and your proposal lists the planned visits and the travel total up front.
Price:Starting at $5,000, typically $6,500 to $9,500; $10,000 to $15,000 for agencies with staff and rosters.
Payment can be split 50/50.

Care plan.
Monitoring, updates and backups, fixes to anything we built, about 2 hours of small changes a month, a monthly report, and a quarterly review by video call.
Price:Starting at $750 a month, typically $1,000 to $1,250; up to $1,500 to $2,000 for agencies with staff or high call volume.
AI and phone usage billed at cost.
Worst case, you walk away from the audit with the full written report, yours to keep, build or no build.
In person across Southern California. No travel fee in Los Angeles County. $150 per onsite visit in Orange and Ventura counties and the western Inland Empire. $350 per onsite visit in San Diego and Santa Barbara counties, Temecula and the desert, with work grouped into full days. Care plan visits are billed at the same fees.
